Opening new exposition Concours Des Arts Q4

 

It’s a wrap! The first opening show of our special (Delft) Blue exposition ‘Concours Des Arts Q4 – 2021’ in our Studio in Buren was a great success and therefore we’d hereby like to take the opportunity to thank all participants, visitors and others involved, which made this event already memorable. Secretly, we have toasted on the next one in advance!

This ‘(Delft) Blue’ expo can be visited until the end of December, during our regular opening hours. Check our website for more specific information.

Qickoff 10-10-2021!

 

QICKOFF

We verwachten voor het volgende kwartaal een kick off te kunnen organiseren, waarin we (verder) kennismaken en van een drankje genieten.

Concours Des Arts Q4-2021 start in oktober met een (Delfts) Blauw thema. De Qickoff hiervoor vindt plaats op zondag 10 oktober, vanaf 15:00 uur.
Je bent van harte uitgenodigd dit bij te wonen!

Open huis in onze Studio in Buren!

Wij houden iedere laatste donderdag van de maand, van 16:00 - 18:00, open huis in onze Studio in Buren. Alle kunstenaars, designers en introducés zijn welkom tijdens deze netwerkactiviteit om van een drankje en een goed gesprek te genieten.

De eerstvolgende netwerkbijeenkomst staan op: donderdag 26 augustus 2021.

ABOUT THE ROYAL BLUE COLLECTION

Royal Blue Collection took shape thanks to an intensive collaboration with the famous Porceleyne Fles. Quite an honor.

Sabine Struycken is the driving force behind the Royal Blue Collection: a unique series of ceramic apples, decorated with Delft blue patterns. Her ideas, translated in design and hand painting by the Porceleyne Fles, evoke nostalgia in connoisseurs of traditional Delft blue, yet have a modern twist. The beautiful hand-shaped apples vary in size from an endearing 6 centimeters to a robust 85 centimeters. There is room for this unique Dutch object in every living room, office or bedroom. The special combination of the ceramic sculptures and the painting by Royal Delft provide a special connection between a modern design and traditional Dutch Delft Blue.

We are proud to present you in our webshop the two Royal Blue Collection Editions: The BLOOM EDITION and The ARTIST EDITION.

Onze nieuwe expositie "Concours Des Arts" in onze Studio in Buren, is een feit!

Wilt u ook een kijkje komen nemen? Dat kan, op donderdag en vrijdag van 10 tot 5 uur en de zaterdagen en zondagen van 12 tot 5 uur. U bent van harte welkom. Lukt het niet? Kijk dan op onze website: daar vindt u alle werken ook in onze webshop:

We zijn gevestigd op de 1e én 2e etage van ´t Koopmanshuys in de Voorstraat, parkeren is in Buren geen enkel probleem en is bovendien gratis

En wat natuurlijk heel leuk is, overal langs de weg rondom Buren kunt u heerlijke kersen kopen...u bent dan tenslotte in de Betuwe...toch?!

Op 5 en 6 juni a.s. nemen we met onze art & design presentatie in onze Studio, gehuisvest op de 1e en 2e etage van 't Koopmanshuys, deel aan de kunstroute BUREN BI!ZONDER. In totaal kun je maar liefst 12 unieke locaties bezoeken. Laat je inspireren door een zeer fraaie combinatie van kunst, design en historische architectuur!

Recently we added new artists to our online gallery and we are happy to introduce them to you:

CARL MÖLLER;

Carl is a practicing sculptor since a number of years. Originally educated and working as an architect, he developed a passion for working with steel as a form of free expression. His work is abstract by definition and effectively is a search for the visual power of different geometric shapes. His intention is to create objects that will enter into a (silent) dialogue with its spectators.

MARLIES GELDOF

Marlies Geldof is an artist with a large fascination for bright earth tones, gradients, organic shapes, but also geometry and the human body.

After exploring different paths in her life, the passion for art and the power of creation proved stronger than anything else. Art has always been a prominent element in her life. Therefore she devoted her life to making various art forms containing resin, crackle, organic structures, the contrasts between those structures and geometry.

BIANCA RUIZENDAAL

Color through emotion and emotion through color. That is the main drive behind the expressive portraits of artist Bianca Ruizendaal, known as art by BruiZ.

Faces and emotions are the food of the process in portraying everyone’s unique personality on canvas. Vibrant accents and dynamic shapes become one in a portrait the beholder will not be able to take its’ eyes of. With her paintbrushes and mentality she seeks aesthetic in both people and animals.
